About Adaptive Creative Arts Therapy

Adaptive Creative Arts Therapy, PLLC is a New York State licensed private practice founded on the belief that every individual deserves access to therapy that meets them where they are. Through the power of music, we work to support meaningful, measurable progress in communication, emotional regulation, social connection, independence, and quality of life across the lifespan.

Adaptive Creative Arts Therapy provides contracted music therapy and private music psychotherapy services to individuals, families, schools, and community programs across Long Island, NYC, and Westchester. Services are available in-home, in-school, at community program sites, and virtually, making high-quality, evidence-based music therapy accessible to the individuals and communities who need it most.

The name says it all. Every session, every treatment plan, and every therapeutic relationship is adaptive by design, meeting each individual exactly where they are and building from there.
