Private Music Therapy Sessions
Adaptive Creative Arts Therapy offers individual music therapy and private music psychotherapy sessions for children, teens, and adults in the comfort and familiarity of their own home. Private sessions are fully individualized, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based practice. Every treatment plan and every session is tailored to the individual, meeting them in the here and now and building from what they bring.
Private sessions are currently available across in Long Island and NYC. Virtual sessions are also available.
Rates: Individual in-home sessions start at $200 for 45 minutes and $250 for 60 minutes.

One-on-one sessions focused on individualized therapeutic goals including emotional regulation, communication, self-advocacy, coping skills, social development, and independence. Sessions are available for children, teens, and adults ages 3 and up with Autism Spectrum Disorder, other Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, and a range of other needs.
Sessions are conducted in the client's home, providing a familiar, low-stimulation environment that supports comfort, consistency, and therapeutic trust. Faith brings all instruments and materials to every session.
Rate: $200 per 45-minute session / $250 per 60-minute session Sliding scale rates are available to ensure services are accessible to those who need them. Private sessions may be eligible for insurance reimbursement depending on your individual health insurance plan. Faith is happy to support you in calling your insurance provider to find out whether they will reimburse a percentage of services.

Private music therapy sessions supporting self-advocacy, independence, vocational readiness, and community integration for transition-age young adults and adults. Sessions are tailored to the individual's specific transition goals and can be provided in-home or virtually.
Sliding scale rates are available. Private sessions may be eligible for out-of-network insurance reimbursement.
Faith can provide a superbill and is happy to support you in contacting your insurance provider.
Self-Direction Funding Accepted.

Sessions designed to include and support the people closest to the client. Family sessions build shared language, strategies, and connection through music, and give caregivers and siblings meaningful tools to carry the work beyond the therapy session. These sessions can be integrated into a regular individual session schedule or scheduled separately based on family needs and goals.

Music therapy sessions are available virtually for clients who prefer or require a remote option. Virtual sessions are conducted via a secure telehealth platform and are available to individuals across New York State.
